3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2015 AGM 
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 18 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 13 May 2015 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 25 June 2015. These included resolutions 14 to 18, inclusive, which constituted special business.
A copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
