3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2016 AGM 
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 18 contained in the Notice of AGM dated 18 May 2016 were passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, 30 June 2016. These included resolutions 14 to 18, inclusive, which constituted special business.
A copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
