Australia's 360 Capital REIT jumps on upgrading annual outlook, upbeat profit

** Shares of 360 Capital REIT TOT.AX advance as much as 5% to A$0.420, marking their biggest intraday pct gain since July 6
** Shares hit their highest level since June 25
** Real estate asset investor upgrades FY27 earnings forecast to 3.8 AU cents per share from 3.6 AU cps
** Adds that it sees FY27 distributions at 3.6 AU cps, a 20% increase from FY26 
** Also reports FY26 operating profit of A$6.9 million ($4.87 million), up 33.3% from last year
** More than 476,000 shares change hands, about 15 times the 30-day average 
** Stock last up 3.8%, bringing YTD gains to 3.1% including the day's moves
