Oct 23 (Reuters) - 7C Solarparken AG  HRPKk.DE : 
    * Said on Thursday executes capital increase against cash contribution excluding 
subscription rights of shareholders 
    * Increases capital from 34,580,043 euros ($38.44 million) by 697,674 euros to 35,277,717 
euros 
    * Issues 697,674 new no-par value bearer shares with a calculated share in share capital of 
1.00 euro per share against cash contribution at an issue price of 2.15 euro per share 
    * Says capital increase has been fully placed 
    * Says when fully implementing capital increase the company will generate gross proceeds of 
nearly 1.5 million euros 
    * Gross proceeds to be used to accelerate planned portfolio expansion to 105 MWp by 2017
