April 4 (Reuters) - 7C Solarparken AG  HRPKk.DE : 
    * Said on Monday placed a capital increase with an issue 
volume of 3.45 million euros ($3.68 million) 
    * Increased its share capital from 43,297,898.00 euros to 
44,797,898.00 euros by issuing a total of 1,500,000 new bearer 
shares against cash contributions 
    * Placement price equalled 2.30 euros per share 
    * This placement is also the second step in order to 
strengthen the equity of the company by at least a total of 3.4 
million euros in 2017 according to business plan 2016-18 
    * However, more shares were placed than initially planned 
with the aim of creating more flexibility to take market 
opportunities
