    * Said on Monday gives new business plan for 2016-18 and 
decides on issue of a 2.5 million euros ($2.79 
million)convertible bond 
    * Sais share capital of the company is to be increased 
within the next 12 months through a private placement, against 
contributions in kind or the issuance of another bond by approx. 
3.4 million euros 
    * The new business plan predicts a growth in EBITDA to 28.9
