Brief: 7C Solarparken signs purchase agreement for acquisition of 13.7 MWp solar park portfolio

Sept 1(Reuters) - 7C Solarparken AG  HRPKk.DE : 
    * Said on Monday it had signed purchase agreement for the 
acquisition of 13.7 MWp solar park portfolio in Germany 
    * Purchase agreement with a Luxembourg solar fund, which is 
controlled by a British investor, for six photovoltaic plants in 
Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria 
    * Executive Board decided to utilize the authorised capital 
2015 for the issuance of 5.2 million ordinary shares with no par 
value of 7C Solar Parken and to pay a cash purchase price of 2.7 
million euros ($3.04 million) in exchange for the contribution 
in kind 
    * Increased volume of the portfolio will correspond to an 
increase in adjusted EBITDA by approximately 25 pct compared to 
the most recently published forecast for 2015 from 18.0 million
