    * Exercise of warrant bond at the option price of 1.76 euros 
per share 
    * 1,277,610 new shares at 1.76 euros per share, or an 
equivalent value of 2,248,593.60 euros ($2.49 million) were 
subscribed 
    * Total number of outstanding shares will therefore rise 
from 32,201,700 units to 33,479,310
