Bluejay Mining plc ('Bluejay' or the 'Company')

Director Dealing

Bluejay Mining plc, the AIM, FSE listed and Pink Sheet traded exploration and
development company with projects in Greenland and Finland, announces that it
was notified on 27 August 2024 that a Company Director, Mr Roderick McIllree,
purchased 6,500,000 shares ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at 0.30 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Mcillrees' total beneficial ownership in the
Company is now 118,165,935 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately
5.66% of the Company's issued share capital of 2,089,397,216 Ordinary Shares.
