RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 5 April 2024 that the
following Directors acquired on 5 April 2024 such number of the Company's
ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their
names below, following the vesting of the deferred bonus share award made in
respect of the year ended January 2022.
