RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 13 April 2026 that the
following PDMRs acquired on 13 April 2026 such number of the Company's
ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their
names below, following the vesting of the 2023 awards under the A.G. BARR
p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
