A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 15 April 2024 that the
following Directors acquired on 12 April 2024 such number of the Company's
ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their
names below, following the vesting of the 2021 awards under the A.G. BARR
p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
