A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 22 May 2026 that the
following PDMRs were granted on 22 May 2026 options over such number of the
Company's ordinary shares of 4(1)/(6) pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out
against their names below, in accordance with the terms of the A.G. BARR
p.l.c. Sharesave Scheme 2026 (the "Scheme"). These options have an exercise
price of £5.777 per Ordinary Share and the period during which they can be
exercised is 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.
