** Textile goods maker Aastha Spintex AASS.NS shares rise 20% to 129.06 rupees, hitting their upper circuit limit
** Stock logs its sharpest single-session percentage rise since its July 6 IPO
** Co says board will meet on July 23 to consider a bonus issue of up to one equity share for every existing share held, subject to approval
** The board will also consider a final dividend for FY25-26 
** Stock is top performer on the NSE by percentage gains
** Despite Tuesday's gains, the stock remains 5.4% below its July 6 debut price of 136.49 rupees
