April 23 (Reuters) - Acceleware Ltd  AXE.V : 
 * Announces significant agreement for Reverse Time Migration software with 
   Repsol 
 * Says agreement is expected to be worth US$2.1 million to Acceleware 
 * Says $1.3 million is expected to be payable in the first year, with the rest 
   payable over a three year maintenance period 
 * Acceleware ltd  axe.v  -co and Repsol signed agreement covering custom 
   development, and maintenance of reverse time migration seismic imaging
