Profile Summary
Acceleware Ltd. is a Canada-based clean-tech oil and gas technology company. The Company is developing an enhanced heavy oil and oil sands production technology based on radio frequency (RF) heating that is designed to reduce the environmental impact of oil production while also reducing cost. It operates through two segments: High-Performance Computing (HPC) and RF Heating. Its HPC segment sells high-performance computing software and related consulting services and training programs primarily to the oil and gas industry. The RF Heating segment is engaged in research, development, and commercialization activities related to the Company’s clean-tech enhanced heavy oil and oil sands production technology. It is focused on developing RF XL, a thermal enhanced oil recovery technology for oil and oil sands. The Company also specializes in the development and marketing of special purpose computational software products for the oil and gas and other markets.
