The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper 
reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified

    OHL  OHL.MC  
    OHL has reduced the amount of shares it has pledged as 
collateral in unit OHL Mexico by 3.86 percent. The new amount 
pledged stands at 29.96 percent. 
    Separately, the rights for OHL's 1 billion euro capital

    BANKIA  BKIA.MC  
    Bankia will spend 350 mln euros to defend itself in several 
legal cases, including the botched sale of preference shares, El 
Confidencial reported. 
     
    ACS  ACS.MC  
    Santa Clara county in California has withdrawn a 267 mln 
euro contract awarded to ACS to build a hospital, because of 
delays, El Economista reported.
