$8.67 in extended trade; top pct loser across U.S. exchanges
after the bell
    ** ACCD forecasts FY2023 revenue between $350 mln and $365
mln, below Refinitiv IBES estimates of $387.4 mln
    ** A large customer said they would be ending their service

    ** Co's Q4 net loss widens to $34.6 mln from $4.7 mln the
previous year, due to higher operating expenses
    ** Stock had fallen 53% YTD, up to last close
