** Shares of London-listed Anglo Asian Mining AAZ.L down 6.5% at 210p

** UK-based critical metal supplier ACG Metals ACGa.L says it has no intention of making offer for Anglo Asian

** ACG says it has concluded that acquiring AAZ would not create value for its stakeholders

** ACG Metals shares up 2.8% at 1,080p

** As of last close, both stocks have more than doubled YTD
