Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting

ACG Metals Limited ("ACG" or the "Company") announces that its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 23 October 2025 at 2 p.m. (WEST; BST) at
Fieldfisher LLP, Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 4, 1⁰ Piso, Lisboa, 1000-208,

Notice of Meeting (the "Notice"), together with the Form of Proxy or Form of
Direction (as appropriate) will be mailed or made available to shareholders
