and ended up 13.4% at $26.11 after Bloomberg reported that the
payments software firm is weighing a potential sale
    ** The company is in talks with private equity firms over a
potential sale, according to the Bloomberg report, which cited
people familiar with the matter
    ** The stock was down 33.7% for 2022
