    Paris-based Butler Industries is joining a consortium to
rescue distressed IT consulting firm Atos  ATOS.PA , the
company's leading shareholder Onepoint said on Sunday in a
statement.
    
    BELIEVE  BLV.PA :
    Warner Music Group  WMG.O  will not submit an offer to
acquire French digital music company Believe  BLV.PA , the music
label said in a statement on Saturday.
    
    CHINA/EU:
    China's commerce minister kicked off a trip to Europe by
meeting top Chinese automakers BYD  002594.SZ  and CATL
 300750.SZ , as he prepares to discuss an ongoing probe by the
bloc into whether China's EV industry has benefited from unfair
subsidies.
