** Shares of Australia's Acrux  ACR.AX  rise as much as
11.4% to A$0.078, set to gain the most since Sept. 9, 2022
    ** Pharmaceutical co says it has concluded an agreement with
Gedeon Richter Plc to buy-out the future royalties of Lenzetto,
for 4.10 million euros ($4.46 million)
    ** Lenzetto is a registered trademark of Estradiol
transdermal spray that was originally developed by Acrux and
licensed to Gedeon Richter
    ** Stock hits highest since Oct. 31, 2022
    ** Stock fell 30% in 2022
