    ** The pharma company says the U.S. FDA granted approval of
co's generic version of Jublia, or efinaconazole, in the form of

    ** Jublia is an antifungal drug used for the topical
treatment of infections of the nail; ACR notes that Jublia's
U.S. sales exceed $217 mln per year 
    ** Stock hits its highest since May 7
    ** More than 3.1 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 264,000
    ** Stock down 30.3% this year, as of last close
