Sept 11 (Reuters) - Action Electronics Co Ltd  3024.TW  : 
 
    * Says its unit BestTaiwan, a household electric appliances 
e-commerce company, plans to issue 10 million new shares to 
improve financial structure   
    * New shares with par value of T$10 per share and issue 
price at T$10 per share 
    * 10 percent of the new shares will be offered to the 
company's employees 
    * 9 million new shares will be offered through public 
offering 
    * Existing shareholders are eligible to purchase 9,000 
shares for every 1,000 shares they hold
