Active Energy announces the following disclosures in accordance with Rule 17
and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. Max Aitken is a director of
Speyside Renewable Energy Finance Plc, which on 8 September 2022 was placed
into a solvent liquidation.
