Appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer and director change

Active Energy, the international biomass based renewable energy business, is
pleased to announce that Michelle Fagan has, with effect from 23 November
2022, been appointed as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer and
joined the Company's senior management team. Michelle's role will initially be
in a non-Board capacity.

 

Michelle Fagan is qualified as a chartered certified accountant (ACCA) and has
24 years' experience as a finance professional. After completing her FCCA
qualification at the Bank of Ireland, she went on to roles as a CFO at Assured
Asset Energy Group, Nowtel Group and Chemistry Strategic Communications in
London and Dublin. Michelle has been working with the Company's management
team since October 2020.

 

In addition, and further to the Company's announcement of 10 August 2022,
Andrew Diamond has now ceased his responsibilities as the Company's Chief
Financial Officer and has ceased to be a director of the Company with
immediate effect.
