Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy, forestry management and timber processing business, received notification on 30 November 2016 that following the issue of 88,722,779 ordinary shares of 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 November 2016, as detailed in the announcement dated 24 November 2016, the 71,085,018 Ordinary Shares held by Ruffer LLP now represent 9% of the total issued share capital with voting rights of Active Energy.
