Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy company focused on the production and development of next generation biomass products, was notified on 5 July 2021 that Gravendonck Private Foundation ("Gravendonck") has disposed of a total of 121,625,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the Disposals, Gravendonck is beneficially interested in 832,362,189 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.3% of the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights.
