Posting of 2014 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-listed international supplier of industrial wood chip for MDF manufacturing and Biomass for Energy (BFE) power generation, second-generation Biomass for Energy (BFE) fuel solutions and systems, and global forestry and natural resources development services, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with the notice of the Company's Annual General meeting ('the AGM'), was posted to shareholders on 12 June 2015.
The AGM will be held at the offices of BDO LLP at 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU at 11:00am on 8 July 2015.
Copies of the Annual Report and notice of the AGM are available to download from the Company's website at www.active-energy.com.
