Notice of AGM and Board Changes
 
Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy business, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of DWF LLP, 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3AG on Monday 29 July 2019 at 9.30 a.m.
 
A Notice of the AGM is available to download from Active Energy's website via https://www.aegplc.com/company-reports and shareholders have been notified accordingly.
 
Board Changes
Mr Simon Melling, Non-Executive Director of AEG, has informed the Company of his intention to stand down from his role no later than 30 September 2019.
The Group has commenced a process to appoint at least one new Independent Non-Executive Director in the short term and will make a further announcement regarding this appointment as soon as practicable.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
