** Shares of Activeport ATV.AX rise as much as 20% to A$0.012, logging their biggest intraday pct gain since August 4
** Tech firm signs contract valued at more than A$1 million  ($696,700.00)
** ATV says contract signed with India-headquartered telecommunications provider Microscan Infocommtech
** Co adds that deal to deploy ATV's software for a new platform in India
** Stock down 36% this year, including the day's move
