Board Succession Planning

 

ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Decision Intelligence for
service operations, announces that following 10 years on the Board of the
Company, Sean Finnan, Chairman, has informed the Board of his intention not to
stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting in September 2024 and
he will leave the Company and step down from the Board at that time. The
search for his successor has already commenced and the Company will provide an
update once his replacement has been found.
