It has three core products focused on improving the day-to-day running of service operations: ControliQ, which is a workforce optimization software product applicable for employees engaged in transactional processing (payments, claims, application processing and others); CaseworkiQ, which is a workforce optimization software product designed for complex case-management operations in support of regulatory compliance, and WorkiQ, which is a desktop analytics software product applicable to employees who spend much of their day working on a personal computer (PC).
