Profile Summary
Acuity RM Group plc is a United Kingdom-based provider of risk management services. The Company offers a risk management software platform called STREAM, which is used for enterprise risk and assurance management. STREAM is configured to manage certain risks, and it collates and analyzes all data relating to each risk in real time and provides alerts and alarms for managers to take action when performance deviates from acceptable standards. It enables strategic decision-making, prioritization of resources and justification of expenditure. The platform is sold in the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) market. It is used by around 70 organizations in markets, including government, utilities, defense, broadcasting, manufacturing and healthcare. STREAM is sold on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or private cloud delivery (on-premise) basis. The Company also offers Rizikon products, which are automated Third Party GRC software. Its subsidiary is Acuity Risk Management Ltd.
