Capital Markets Day

ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Decision Intelligence software
for service operations, will today host a Capital Markets Day for
institutional investors and analysts.

Executive Chair, Richard Jeffery, and Chief Financial Officer, Emma Salthouse
will be joined by a range of senior leaders from across the Group.

The event will showcase how ActiveOps is transforming the way service
operations are managed through Decision Intelligence, and outline:

·    Its strategy for scaling growth by deepening relationships with
enterprise customers across key verticals and expanding market presence
through partners;

·    The acceleration of R&D to deliver unique capabilities supporting
further customer expansion.

·    Its disciplined execution and operational leverage, underpinned by a
scalable model and a clear focus on sustainable, profitable growth; and

·    Its financial ambition to become a £100 million ARR business, with a
25% EBITDA margin.

ActiveOps' website.

On 15 October 2025 the Company published its half year trading update
highlighting a strong start to the year. The Board's expectations for further
organic revenue growth, recurring revenue momentum and continued cash
generation are unchanged, and the Company remains confident in the execution
of its strategy for the full year.
