Director / PDMR / PCA Shareholding
ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a global leader in AI-driven Decision Intelligence
for banking, insurance, BPOs and healthcare organisations has been informed
that, for estate planning purposes, Richard Jeffery, Executive Chair, has
gifted (i) 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Mrs Susan Jeffery, (ii) 600,000
Ordinary Shares in aggregate to his adult children and (iii) 4,800,000
Ordinary Shares to the Jeffery Family Settlement (trust) (the trustees of
which are Richard Jeffery and Susan Jeffery, and the beneficiaries of which
are their children, grandchildren and subsequent generations of their family).
Subsequently Mrs Susan Jeffery gifted 600,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate to
her adult children.
As a result of these transactions, Richard Jeffery's total shareholding in the
Company (including 282,108 Ordinary Shares held by his wife) is 8,743,389
Ordinary Shares, of which 4,800,000 Ordinary Shares are held by him and his
wife as trustees of the Jeffery Family Settlement (trust). The total
shareholding represents, in aggregate, 12.24 % of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
