(the "Company" or the "Group")
Notification of major holdings
ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Decision Intelligence for
service operations, has been notified by Octopus Investments Limited
("Octopus") of the following changes to its shareholding in ActiveOps. The
notifications were submitted by Octopus to the Company on time however, due to
an administrative error at the Company, the Company is only now making
announcement.
