Result of AGM and Confirmation of Board Changes

 

ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading provider of Decision Intelligence software
for service operations, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The
voting results are set out in the table below.

Further to the announcement made on 25 July 2024 and following the close of
the AGM, the Company confirms that Sean Finnan, having not stood for
re-election at the AGM, has now stepped down from the Board and the
composition of the Board is now as follows:

 

·      Richard Jeffery - Executive Chairman

·      Hilary Wright - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and
Chair of the Remuneration Committee

·      Mike McLaren - Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of
the Audit Committee

·      Bruce R Lee - Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the
Nominations Committee

·      Emma Salthouse - Chief Financial Officer
