Acuity RM Group plc (AIM: ACRM), the software group specialising in cyber-security, which supplies its award-winning STREAM

 software platform for the Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") market, together with associated consultancy services, announces that on 3 February 2026 Richard Mayall, Chief Solutions Officer and PDMR of Acuity, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.9p per Share.
