** Shares of Adairs  ADH.AX  rise as much as 4.9% to A$1.835
    ** Home furnishing retailer names Elle Roseby as new group
CEO and managing director
    ** Roseby, who will start in her new role in Jan. 2025, was
earlier the managing director of apparel retailer Country Road,
owned by South Africa's Woolworths Holdings  WHLJ.J 
    ** Stock last up 3.9%, taking YTD gains to 0.4%
