Australia's Adairs jumps after higher annual revenue, dividend boost

** Shares of Australia's Adairs ADH.AX rise as much as 5.7% to A$1.495, their biggest intraday pct gain since Aug. 7
** Stock touches highest level since Aug. 13
** The home furnishing retailer posts FY revenue of A$641.7 million ($459.97 million), up 3.8% from a year earlier
** Co declares final dividend of 6 AU cents per share, up from 4 AU cents per share a year ago
** However, co reports FY loss attributable of A$39.4 million vs profit attributable of A$25.7 million a year earlier, after recognising A$63.5 million non-cash impairment on its Focus on Furniture division
** Co says it has also exited its loss-making NZ business
** Around 454,000 shares change hands, nearly 1.5x 30-day average
** YTD, stock down 15.7%
