Australia's Adairs falls on weak trading update and uncertain FY24 outlook

** Shares of Adairs  ADH.AX  fall as much as 9.90% to
A$1.320, their lowest since Nov 2
    ** The home furnishing retailer says FY24 YTD group sales
are down 9% 
    ** Co adds, at its AGM on Friday, not providing FY24
guidance due to uncertainity in outlook 
    ** 573,033 shares change hands at 2352 GMT, compared with
the 30-day average volume of 621,113
    ** Stock down 33.4% this year as of last close
