** Company posts late-stage data testing Zynlonta, its approved blood cancer drug, with Roche's ROPC.S cancer antibody rituximab, in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, an aggressive blood cancer
** Company says the combination met the main goal of delaying disease progression, with patients living 6.1 months without their disease worsening, versus 4.7 months for standard treatment
** However, fatal adverse events were higher with the Zynlonta combination at 13.2% vs 4.6%, while serious side-effects and treatment withdrawals were also higher - ADC
** Company plans to discuss the treatment's benefit-risk profile with the U.S. FDA and aims to file a supplemental approval application in Q4 2026
