Adecco Group AG (the "Guarantor") have today (24 April 2026) been admitted to
trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc:

 

€450,000,000 Subordinated Fixed-to-Reset Rate Securities due 2056 (ISIN
XS3311978152) (the "Securities").
