** Co reports 34.4% decline in consolidated Q4 profit, citing higher labor, freight and raw material costs throughout the year

** Q4 revenue from operations grows 3.5% but expenses rise ~12%

** Profit-after-tax margin contracts by 600 bps

** With session's decline co's 12 month decline widens to 4.3%
