    * Says it will distribute shares of its common stock through 
public offering, with the distribute price of 867 yen per share 
(5.28 billion yen in total) and paid-in price of 830.84 yen per 
share (5.06 billion yen in total) 
    * Says it will distribute shares through private placement, 
at the price of 830.84 yen per share (up to 758.6 million yen in 
total) 
    * Previous plan was announced on July 28
