** Stock touches highest level since Oct 9
** Software solutions co says it would raise A$2 million ($1.39 million) through placement
** Offer price of A$0.08 apiece represents nearly 43% premium to co's last close
** Says funds to be used to develop and commercialise new product features, including others
** YTD, stock down nearly 55%
