    Treasury announces sale of BTP Short and BTPei bonds, with
relative amounts to be auctioned on Sept. 27.

    UniCredit is focused on delivering targets set under its
business plan, but remains ready to seize M&A opportunities in
all the markets where it operates, CEO Andrea Orcel said on

    ATLANTIA  ATL.MI   
    The Bank of Italy has authorised Schema Alfa's purchase of
an indirect stake in Atlantia's unit Telepass, Schema Alfa said
in a statement on Wednesday. 
    
    AEFFE  AEF.MI  
    The Italian fashion group expects to raise prices "by a few
percentage points" in response to rising costs and to protect
margins, Executive Chairman Massimo Ferretti said on Wednesday.
Prices will not increase in the U.S. thanks to the strong
dollar, he added.
