- Malahat Nation and Energy Plug Technologies PLUG.CD are
launching construction on a $57 million battery assembly factory
on Vancouver Island, a venture that will provide a new economic
base and jobs.
- Charles-Antoine St-Jean, the inaugural chair of the
Canadian Sustainability Standards Board (CSSB) has stepped down
and CSSB director Bruce Marchand will serve as interim chair
while the board searches for a permanent replacement.
